The designers responsible for a virtual coin launched by US First Lady Melania Trump are now charged in court filings of executing a market manipulation plot.

Initial Launch and Value Spike

The $MELANIA tokens were released for under a dollar each on the 19th of January, just prior to former President Trump was inaugurated.

In addition to the Melania cryptocurrency, the former president released his own digital currency just ahead of the swearing-in event.
